Guidelines for reporting alleged copyright infringement and submitting counter notifications.
Last Updated: 16/09/2025
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to only submit content they have rights to. This page explains how rights holders can report alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (where applicable) or analogous regimes.
1. Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe material produced for or displayed by a client using our services infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes ALL of the following:
- An identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (include URLs, project IDs, or contextual description).
- Contact information of the complaining party (name, organization, address, phone, email).
- A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Email the completed notice to copyright@zuvohq.com
. We may share your notice with the client account involved.
2. Counter Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice including:
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Your name, address, phone number, and statement consenting to jurisdiction of courts in your district (if in US) or New Zealand, and willingness to accept service from the original complainant.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Email counter notices to copyright@zuvohq.com
. We may restore content if we do not receive notice of legal action within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Repeat Infringers & Abuse
Accounts subject to multiple valid infringement notices may face suspension or termination. Submitting fraudulent or bad faith notices may result in legal liability.
4. Important Notes
This procedure is for copyright only. For trademark or other legal issues contact alex@zuvohq.com

We are not your legal counsel. If unsure about your rights, consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
Misuse of the DMCA process (including false statements) can create liability for damages. Ensure your claims are accurate.
